Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. Who we are, and agreeing to these terms
Blazonly (“Blazonly”, “we”, “us”) provides AI-generated stream-announcement content — stream titles, Discord announcements, and social posts — for live streamers, at blazonly.io. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Blazonly. You must also have the authority to connect any platform accounts you link (Twitch, Discord, Bluesky, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and similar) — connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
3. The service
Blazonly generates content with artificial intelligence. Outputs are drafts: they may be inaccurate, generic, or need editing before you post them. Game-context features (patch notes, community mood, and similar) summarize third-party sources and can be wrong or out of date — review anything factual before publishing it. We make no promises about channel growth, viewer counts, or how any platform will treat content you post.
4. Accounts and security
Sign-in is by magic link or OAuth (Google, Twitch) — there are no passwords to manage, but you are responsible for keeping control of your email account and connected platforms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
5. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Blazonly offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (billed monthly or annually; annual plans are priced at ten months). Current prices, generation limits, and refinement limits are listed on the pricing page — that page is the source of truth. One-time credit packs top up your monthly generation allowance; credits do not expire.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for you.
Refunds:if Blazonly isn't for you, we'll refund your first subscription charge if you ask within 7 days of it. Renewal charges and credit packs are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number.
6. Your content and generated outputs
You own your inputs — briefs, imported titles, voice-training text, and anything else you provide. You own the generated outputs too: we assign you whatever rights we hold in them. Two honest caveats about AI content: output may not be protectable by copyright in every jurisdiction, and similar or identical output may be generated for other users.
You grant us a license to process your inputs and outputs to operate the service and to improve it — including learning your preferences from your approvals and edits, and building aggregated, anonymized style examplesthat can inform suggestions for other users. You can exclude your content from cross-user learning in Settings → Privacy. Blazonly also references publicly available stream titles and posts as style signals; we don't republish anyone's content to you as your own.
7. Third-party platforms
Posting to Twitch, Discord, Bluesky, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, or any other platform happens under that platform's own terms. You are responsible for the content you approve and post. Revoking a platform connection stops us from posting there. We are not responsible for platform-side actions (suspensions, removals, rate limits) caused by content you chose to publish.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Blazonly to:
- post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content;
- spam or manipulate engagement on any platform (including violating X's automation rules or any platform's bot policies);
- reverse engineer the service, scrape it, or resell access to it;
- attempt to extract our prompts, models, or other users' data;
- circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security measures.
9. AI disclaimers
Outputs are produced by third-party large language models. They may occasionally resemble other AI-generated content, reflect biases in training data, or state things confidently that are wrong. You must review outputs before posting — especially anything factual, like patch-note claims.
10. Termination
You can stop using Blazonly and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for the deletion process). We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 6, 11, and 12 survive termination.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue, viewers, or subscribers).
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use Blazonly after changes take effect means you accept them.
